When I saw this neon pink dress at Old Navy, I immediately knew that it would match my annual valentines day cheer! You could also say that the $7.49 price tag didn't hurt that cheer as well. Although my day wasn't as cheery as I had anticipated, how can your heart not be warmed on a bright pink, red, and heart themed day!?
